Our new vice chair of our LGBTQ+ Network

Personal statement from Nikki -
"Hi, I’m Nikki Baxter, I’m a Senior Nurse Practitioner working for Halton Later Life and Memory Services - this is the best team I’ve ever worked with and no… they aren’t paying me to say this, lol.

I came out as trans in 2020, and I’ve had nothing but support and validation from my colleagues. I’m equally proud to be the vice chair of our Trust’s LGBTQ+ Network and have been an active member for quite some time.

I’m here to support all, I’m also more than happy to support anyone trans and non-binary, and their friends and family. We are all valid and we allmatter. Ask me anything, and I’ll do the very best I can to help."
