Between 20-23 August the team will be operating an emergencies only service for emergency contraception, acute symptoms that can be managed at Abacus and for vulnerable patients including those aged under 16.

From 23-31 August the will be a limited service whileclinicians get up to speed with using the new system. Telephone triage will continue, patients with urgent needs will receive a telephone consultation and be bought in for face to face consultations if required.

Routine appointments will resume from 31 August.

Please note that tests under the National Chlamydia Screening Program that do not originate from an Abacus Clinic will not be able to be imported into the Lillie system.

From Monday 16 August all testing will need to be done via SH.UK for Liverpool residents 16 and over. Please do not send any tests on Chlamydia Screening forms from that date.

Under 16s are unable to request kits from the online provider, if you have an under 16s that needs testing please refer to Abacus or Axess. We will prioritise an U16 patient to be seen face to face in our clinics
