After a details process of providing evidence, Trust finance leads are delighted to announce their 2024 accreditation status. The finance team, led by Chief Finance Officer Rob Collins, has this week seen their Level 3 score (the highest option they can achieve) ratified nationally. They’ve received notification from Via One NHS Finance and Skills Development Network which reflects the continuous development of NHS finance functions, including emphasis on their support for learning and staff development.
Sally Proffitt, Deputy Director, and Danny Wilkinson, Assistant Director, want to thank their team and partners for the work that goes into demonstrating the effectiveness of their service. CEO designate Trish Bennett highlighted their work at the recent leadership session. This is the first such award since the pandemic and acquisition of North West Boroughs.
Level 3 means that our team has an influence on the NHS finance system outside organisational boundaries and that they demonstrate an innovative culture.
