System and Membership Manager Alison Bacon retires from the Trust this week.
Colleagues including Trust Governors have paid tribute to her.
Alison started with us in 2012 and led a Governors’ trip to the new Aspen Wood LSU last week.
The corporate affairs team tell us: “It’s fair to say that a lot of people know Alison and know how committed she has been to Mersey Care whatever role she has been in over 11 years. She will be missed by everyone, particularly the Governors. She has always kept us entertained with stories from her farm and her love for all animals - particularly birthing the baby cows!”
Alison will be moving to Aberdeenshire to start a new life closer to some of her family and will keep busy (and dirty) with her gardening, which she loves.
