The Health Visitor team at Hampton Road would like to wish a fond farewell to Caroline Vitty, who retires on 7 July, after 36 years as a Health Visitor.
Caroline was part of Bootle HV Team in Sefton for 35 years, before completing her final year in Hampton Road Clinic, Southport.
Caroline will be very missed by all the team, as well as the families she supported over the years. Caroline is a fabulous Health Visitor; her care, compassion and advocacy has changed many lives over the years. She has worked tirelessly to make a difference and leaves a lasting legacy.
