Every year, you will be invited to take part in the NHS Staff Survey.
The NHS Staff Survey is your opportunity to share honest feedback about your experience at work. Your voice truly counts, and your insights help us shape a better workplace for all.
Look out for your survey invitation email from NHSSTAFFSURVEY@iqvia.com with the subject ‘NHS Staff Survey 2025 Invitation’ from Wednesday, 1 October 2025. You have until 28 November to provide your feedback.
- Your feedback is strictly confidential and handled independently by IQVIA. No one in our organisation or the NHS can see individual responses
- The survey results drive real change. Recent staff feedback has led to improvements in flexible working, digital systems, and access to team spaces
- By completing the survey, you help us understand what’s working well and what could be better, so we can continue to improve your experience for staff, patients, and our community.
What’s new this year?
- Weekly drop-in sessions are available for any questions about the survey
- Exciting team prizes are up for grabs - see below.
Your feedback makes a difference. Over the last 12 months, staff suggestions have influenced positive changes across our organisation. We’re committed to listening and acting on what matters most to you.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey as fully and frankly as you can. Together, we can make our workplace even better.
The annual NHS Staff Survey is one of the largest workforce surveys in the world. The survey is an official statistic, run independently to NHS England and to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The survey is confidential and anonymous.
The NHS Staff Survey is a rich source of data to support understanding our NHS people’s working experiences. This gives a really accurate picture of what it’s like to work in the NHS, which is used by numerous different organisations, as well as here at Mersey Care, to make things better for you, your colleagues and our patients and service users.
It is important that our NHS people from all backgrounds and experiences take part as we each have a voice that counts. Bank only workers are eligible to take part, with tailored questions researched and developed to ensure they are relevant to their experiences (further details can be found in the FAQs below).
