Every year, you will be invited to take part in the NHS Staff Survey.
The NHS Staff Survey is your opportunity to share honest feedback about your experience at work. Your voice truly counts, and your insights help us shape a better workplace for all.
The NHS Staff Survey 2025 is now closed. When the survey is open you can fill the survey online using the invitation link in your e-mail. This comes from NHSSTAFFSURVEY@iqvia.com and has the subject title ‘NHS Staff Survey’.
- Your feedback is strictly confidential and handled independently by IQVIA. No one in our organisation or the NHS can see individual responses
- The survey results drive real change. Recent staff feedback has led to improvements in flexible working, digital systems, and access to team spaces
- By completing the survey, you help us understand what’s working well and what could be better, so we can continue to improve your experience for staff, patients, and our community.
Your feedback makes a difference. Over the last 12 months, staff suggestions have influenced positive changes across our organisation. We’re committed to listening and acting on what matters most to you.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey as fully and frankly as you can. Together, we can make our workplace even better.
The annual NHS Staff Survey is one of the largest workforce surveys in the world. The survey is an official statistic, run independently to NHS England and to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The survey is confidential and anonymous.
The NHS Staff Survey is a rich source of data to support understanding our NHS people’s working experiences. This gives a really accurate picture of what it’s like to work in the NHS, which is used by numerous different organisations, as well as here at Mersey Care, to make things better for you, your colleagues and our patients and service users.
It is important that our NHS people from all backgrounds and experiences take part as we each have a voice that counts. Bank only workers are eligible to take part, with tailored questions researched and developed to ensure they are relevant to their experiences (further details can be found in the FAQs below).
Have you got questions about the Staff Survey? We’re here to help!
We hold drop-in sessions both online and in person whilst the survey is open. You can ask questions, get support completing the survey, arrange for us to come and visit your team or service areas, chat about the survey, or just complete your survey in company. No need to book, just drop in!
As a small gesture of thanks for taking the time to share your views, we offer some prize draws throughout the survey window
