The apprenticeship team in conjunction with the universities and apprenticeship providers we will be hosting information and insight sessions for each apprenticeship that is offered.
The information and insight sessions are designed to give potential students and managers a better understanding of the role, the apprenticeship course/programme and the roles and responsibilities of all parties when it comes to the apprenticeship
QA will be hosting a general insight and information session for the Digital & AI Skills Academy

The Data Essentials apprenticeship is ideal for NHS staff who work with data in a supporting capacity. The apprenticeship is suitable for all roles across the Trust who currently utilise Microsoft 365 This apprenticeship is suitable for:
• Information and Data Clerks: Supporting data entry, quality assurance, and basic data reporting.
• Administrative Staff: Assisting with data management and producing routine reports.
• Clinical Coders: Ensuring accurate data input to support health records and analytics.
• Health Records Staff: Working on digitisation and basic data validation tasks.
• Service Improvement Assistants: Using data to support quality improvement initiatives.
This apprenticeship is designed for NHS staff who need to analyse data to inform decision-making, service improvement, and resource planning. It develops skills in data modelling, statistical analysis, and visualisation, helping learners deliver actionable insights that can improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
