It is with sadness that we share the passing of Allen Crocker, many of you will remember Allen who was a consultant family therapist who worked in our CAMHS service for more than 25 years.
He started with St Helens and Knowsley Community Trust and went through all the transfers, Five Boroughs, North West Boroughs and latterly Mersey Care. He worked across the service and spent many years with the St Helens and Halton CAMHS Teams.
He retired in March 2024 and continued to provide supervision and training. His influence in the trust, in the field of family and systemic therapy and across the NHS in the North West was huge. He leaves behind many staff who would simply not be here or be the professionals they are without his influence and support.
He will be greatly missed but very well remembered.
His funeral will be held on Friday, 24 January at 1pm at Vale Royal Crematorium, CW9 8RP and The Best Western, WA6 6HH afterwards.
