IMPORTANT Information:
The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service is going through change, therefore if the outcome your triage assessment recommends counselling, we will add you to our current waiting list. However it is possible that we will contact you in the future about our new counselling employee assistance programme (Health Hero) to advise you of the next steps around transfer/access at the time.
As part of a change to the Occupational Health and Service’s Wellbeing's (OHWS) delivery model, we will be introducing a new way to receive psychological therapy interventions. This is to improve access to services whilst ensuring all services are offered in line with NICE guidance.
From early December, colleagues referred to our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services who are identified as requiring counselling support will be offered via this new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) called Health Hero.
