As a gesture of thanks for taking the time to give your feedback, staff who provided consent during the 2024 staff survey were entered into an individual prize draw with a range of items on offer including Apple iPads, vouchers and a Garmin smartwatch. Team based incentives were also on offer through the survey window.
Please see the winners (who have given permission for their details to be shared) below.
Team Prize Winners (9 December 2024)
At the end of the survey window, we ran a team prize draw for all teams with a response rate of 75% or above. Congratulations to the Communications Team who won and received £5 coffee shop voucher for each team member.
Our Chief People Officer, Amanda Oates also identified one team for special recognition. Congratulations to the Domestic Services, Sefton Team (pictured) for being one of only five teams across the Trust who achieved a response rate of 100%. Having a facilities team with such a high response rate is relatively unheard of, and each team member received a £5 coffee shop voucher in recognition of the effort made to ensure everyone’s voices across the team are heard.
