Staff in Whalley gathered to mark a year since the move to a new support service for an individual on site. A bespoke package of care was created in a complex and successful collaboration of partners: our estates team, commissioners, clinicians, managers, family and many others. Executive Director of Estates, Elaine Darbyshire, passed on her thanks to everyone who contributed to massively and measurably making the life of this service user so much better. Elaine visited the service recently and was hugely impressed with the build and especially the care delivered. On Thursday the service user’s family, clinicians and colleagues came together to mark a year since the move and celebrate the successes of this highly specialised care package.
