Ian Gough has sadly passed away after a period of illness. Ian worked for the Trust since 2004 and supported a wide range of teams throughout his time with the Trust making friends everywhere he went.
Ian was an integral and valued member of the Liaison and Diversion Team at the time of his passing and had a real passion for supporting our Veteran community, planning to continue this work on a voluntary basis after his retirement. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.
There will be no funeral or service as per Ian's wishes but there will be a celebration of Ian's life on Saturday 12 August at 6pm in the Cuckoo Pub, Moss Lane and everybody is welcome to attend.

The Armed Forces network is so very sorry to hear about the death of Ian Gough. He was a valued member of our armed forces community. Ian was so proud to have served in the armed forces and used his valuable experience to help and support others, both patients and staff. He was a lively member of the group and was always willing to go that extra mile.
We will miss him very much.
Our sincere condolences go to his family and friends.
