One to one interviews and flexible working
The trust aims to support colleagues to achieve a work life balance and we understand that some colleagues may not easily be able to accommodate the proposed hours.
Therefore, it is important staff use the 1-1 interview that will be offered to all in scope to discuss this and complete a flexible working application form as per policy (HR03) if required.
All current flexible working arrangements will be reviewed as part of this consultation.
All new starters into the service will start on the proposed hours and will have the use of the HR03 policy to submit requests if required.
