Lunch and learn - neighbourhood insight and population health management initiatives
Two lunchtime sessions to raise awareness of available neighbourhood insight and population health management initiatives have been planned by the ICB Business Intelligence and Data Into Action teams.
These sessions are scheduled for 01 and 09 July from 12pm until 1pm and are open to all staff working across neighbourhoods.
The sessions will cover key topics such as neighbourhood health profiles, baseline assessments, reporting, asset mapping and scorecards. In addition, we will touch upon the dashboards available for actionable change across neighbourhood partnerships, building upon the successes to date across Cheshire and Merseyside.
