On Saturday 3 June, Whalley celebrated the wonderful families and carers of our service users. Led by Tracy Collard, the event discussed Carers Week, the role of carers and what they feel is most important in the care for our service users.
The group discussed the new carer resources that Mersey Care will be launching shortly.
Michaela Thomson, research practitioner, updated families on academic developments and communications manager John Rowbotham updated on the low secure site.
The photo shows some of our carers and staff to illustrate that the care we give to our service users is provided jointly from staff and families as per the Triangle of Care.
