The STRIVE Leadership Programme is designed to cultivate a new generation of leaders who are Resilient, Inclusive, and Empowered. It supports leaders and people managers in creating environments where people thrive, decisions are shared, and quality improvement is embedded within teams.
It equips participants with the mindset, skills, and tools to lead with purpose, and to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and responsibility.
Target Audience: Aimed at managers and leaders who are in operational or first line management roles (typically bands 5-7)
