Leadership and Management Professional Degree Apprenticeship (LaMP) - Level 6

Type: Team leader and management

Qualification: Level 6 Apprenticeship and Bachelors of Business Administration (BA), equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree.

Course duration: 24 months

Where will I study?

This course will be primarily delivered on campus and will also include a 2 day face to face induction. 

Modules

There are a total of 4 modules (each worth 30 credits):

  • Understanding the leader and manager role in organisations
  • Strategy, Change Management and Implementation
  • Leadership and Management of People 
  • Leadership and Management Professional (this module will encompass preparations for, and the completion of, the apprenticeship end-point assessment)

End Point Assessment includes:
1.  Submission of the portfolio and portfolio discussion. 
2. Completion and submission of a project report.
3. Project presentation and discussion. 

Entry requirements

This course is aimed at professional managers who want to develop fully all aspects of their management and leadership skills, knowledge, self-awareness and behaviours.

Job roles may include - Performance Manager, Administration Manager, Service Manager, Support Manager.
