Further collective consultation meetings with representatives from MWL will be arranged, and you will be consulted regularly throughout the process.
In addition to these meetings we will also be holding individual one-to-one formal consultation meetings, so you have the opportunity to ask any specific questions.
The line manager responsible for leading the individual consultation meetings will be accompanied by a HR representative, when deemed mutually necessary.
A staff side representative or a workplace colleague of your choice may also be present at the meeting, and it will be your responsibility to arrange for them to be present.
Where possible all meetings will be arranged over TEAMS, however we can conduct meetings at your place of work if required.
You can request a one-to-one interview with either Cathy Long, Kathy Baxter or Dawn Billington, with or without MWL representation (as per individual request) to discuss any concerns you have or put suggestions forward for consideration.
