Please find below an update to portfolios following recent changes to alignment of teams across urgent care services. It was pertinent to consider the patient journey as part of these changes and give consideration to the leadership who oversee services to help achieve longer term ambitions for mental health urgent care (in line with national and local priorities).

Changes have been made to support a pilot which is hoped will not only provide service users with an improved experience but also support the system as we move toward winter pressures and the start of the police Right Care, Right Person rollout. Processes and contact numbers remain the same for emergency/999 services who access any of this support.
