KPIs have been developed to mirror NICE quality statements and quarterly audits to be developed to support analysis of the quality behind the data. 

A dashboard is being developed to monitor KPIs and to support effective management of operational quality and performance.

EIP services have begun benchmarking their performance against the standards, sharing data within the new monthly 18-25 operational and quality meeting.

The new Rio dashboard is progressing with a reviewed completion date of March 2025.

Urgent Care staff are leading on an initiative to develop and electronic service offer. It has been confirmed that the team will provide access to the overarching directory of service to all teams by March 2025.
