To support ongoing improvements to our digital infrastructure, essential network maintenance is scheduled for Friday 18 July 2025 from 5.00pm to 8.00pm at the V7 building.
During this time, there will be moments where all network services at the V7 building will be temporarily unavailable – including telephony, internet access and computer systems.
This upgrade is part of a wider piece of work to enhance the speed, reliability, and performance of our digital infrastructure.
During the downtime, please note:
- Any V7 switchboard calls in progress will be disconnected at the point of transfer, including those to the Ashworth emergency line, as V7 operators will not have access during the maintenance period.
- The Hollins Park switchboard team will provide cover for 30 minutes before, during, and after the maintenance period as a contingency.
To help minimise disruption, if you are working from V7 building, please:
- Save your work and log off before 5.00pm on the day.
- Plan for any tasks that may be affected by the maintenance.
