These sessions are being delivered by our team of Health and Wellbeing Facilitators whom have previous experience of running group based programmes of this type and have the knowledge to provide appropriate advice on the subject matters outlined.

We are also offering the opportunity to run a team-specific programme on request, in both virtual and on-site formats. These programmes will be subject to capacity.

Exclusion Criteria:

We want to make Wellness for Life as inclusive as possible to support with your goals.

However, as the Health and Wellbeing Facilitators are not registered dietitians or registered nutritionists, exclusion criteria have been put in place, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues.

If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the below questions, we advise that you speak with your health care professional for further support.

  • Are you pregnant?
  • Are you currently undergoing treatment for cancer?
  • Do you have a history of eating disorders or disordered eating?
  • Are you currently receiving advice from a registered dietitian or nutritionist?

Whilst on the programme, if any information we give contradicts the information you have been given by your health care professional, we advise that you go with their advice. This is because it has been specifically tailored to your individual needs. The advice you will be given in Wellness for Life, is generic advice, which is suitable for most.
