Please make sure you read the frequently asked questions before you start the ordering process...
On Monday 16 May 2023, the Meltemi ordering portal went live for staff included in phase 1 of the uniform roll out to upload their sizing information as part of the ordering process.
As part of a staged approach, staff received an email invitation from Meltemi to submit sizing information via the portal. For staff who have their inboxes set with ‘focused and other’ email settings, please check both for the email invitation.
Uniforms update
We expect staff who have taken receipt of their new uniform to be wearing it. If you are happy with the sizing and fit, please return your old uniforms and deposit them in the uniform recycling bins based at the sites.
The old uniforms will be sent for energy recovery to aid the Trust in reducing our carbon emissions.
If your main base is not on the list of sites where the recycling bins are located, please feel free to use the most conveniently located recycling bin at another site.
If you have any questions about the old uniforms and how they are being disposed of, please email the sustainability inbox sustainability
For information on the various roles included in phase one, please refer to pages 4 to 7 of the Meltemi uniform guide booklet available here.
Please make sure you read the How to Guide section and the frequently asked questions for information which will help you through the process. Staff are advised to use the Bodi Me app/ sizing tool on the ordering portal and input accurate measurements to make sure you order the right size. This may vary from the typical high street size but is normal due to reduced amount of stretch in the fabrics. Staff who are outside of the size range (XS to 3XL) need to download the self sizing form from the portal and send it to Merseycare
If you experience any issues when uploading your information such as error messages saying incorrect uniform in the wardrobe or incorrect address, please contact one of the superusers in your division for further assistance.
The list of superusers for Community Care Division can be found by clicking this link.
Meltemi have a live chat function on the portal which will be open Monday to Friday 8:15am to 4:30pm. Staff can access this and receive an instant response. Please note that any messages outside of this timeframe or over the weekend will not be responded to until the next working day.
