Whalley absence reporting

Please note that from today Tuesday 1 June ALL absence will revert back to the process prior to COVID.

This means all staff at Whalley and the Bryon will no longer need to contact the absence line but instead revert back to contacting Service Co-ordinator to report an absence. The service co-ordinator will be expected to input absences in to the roster and inform the ward of staff ringing sick or returning.

All managers need to review their own area to check if any absences are still open but should be closed.

Should any colleagues contact the absence line to report an absence they will be advised of the above process, as in contacting service co-ordinator.
