The Centre for Perfect Care (CfPC) is, amongst other things, the hub of quality improvement in Mersey Care. They are launching a new interactive and engaging three hour digital bitesize QI training sessions. This training is open for all staff to join and there will be three sessions a month on offer.

The training will introduce you to quality improvement and give you the knowledge, skills and resources to bring quality improvement to your team. If you have always wanted to do a quality improvement project to improve services, improve patient safety and strive for the highest quality of care for our service users then book on.

Training will take place via MS Teams and can be booked via the Mersey Care Learning and Development Online Prospectus Section Four: Continuous Professional Development. There will be 20 places each session available.

Our aim is to have a minimum of one member of each team across the whole organisation trained by March 2022. This will help spread quality improvement across all teams and support with teams achieving accreditation and the trusts journey to outstanding. Once you have completed the CfPC Bitesize QI Training you will have access to the CfPC QI coaches and CfPC QI resources who will support you with your project.
