You will be supported to integrate the practices you learn into a daily routine for as little as 5 minutes each day, fitting in with your existing schedule. At the end of the 6-week course, participants are certificated for 6 hours of CPD and recognised as a “Breath Ambassador”. This is a voluntary role which enables you (if you wish) to share yoga breathing practices with colleagues or signpost them to video resources. Attendees are supported with course handouts, access to video recordings, and ongoing support after the course from the YIHA charity.
