We are currently experiencing ongoing technical issues affecting some colleagues’ ability to complete the Counter Fraud eLearning module on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.
The technical issues are not affecting all colleagues, so please attempt to complete the module, but follow the instructions below should the completion not be recorded.
000 Fraud Awareness
We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will provide an update once remedial work has been completed.
What you need to do:
- If you have already completed the module, no further action is required.
- If you are due to complete the module, please attempt to complete the learning and take a screenshot of your final score on the assessment before exiting the module. If upon exiting, the course is still showing as Incomplete on ESR, send your screenshot to elearning
@merseycare.nhs.uk who will update your record for you. - Managers are asked to share this message with teams, especially those who may not regularly access emails.
