Our current Friends & Family Test provider (envoy) is withdrawing service From the end of August 2026.
As a result, Mersey Care, alongside other Cheshire and Merseyside Trusts will transition to a different provider at the start of September 2026.
This change is not a reflection of the current service or staff performance. It is simply a change of platform to ensure we continue to meet NHS England requirements.
