Amendment to Bank payroll cut off

Due to a clash with monthly and weekly bank payroll, the payroll cut for Bank shifts has been amended to ensure a smooth payroll period. It is vital that managers complete finalisation of bank rosters no later than 8.30am on the below dates:

*Any shifts not finalised by these deadlines will be paid the following week.

*Important Notes:
- Late submissions can significantly impact colleagues’ pay, especially as they have already committed to working the shift.
- Our payroll provider cannot process advances for weekly pay.
- New starters, new bank assignments, roster fails, late submissions, and retro pay arrears will not be processed during these pay periods. These will be for payment on 30 January 2026.
