This session, developed by Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services are designed to compliment our existing menopause support.
Session aims
- Understand the stages of menopause
- Have an awareness of different symptoms of menopause
- Learn strategies for wellbeing through perimenopause and menopause, including:
- Nutrition
- Staying active
- Accessing support
- Recognise how menopause can affect mental health

The groups will be run by our team of Health and Wellbeing Facilitators whom have previous experience of running group based programmes of this type and have the knowledge to provide the appropriate advice to support your wellbeing.
