There are a few teams who have not visited Hollins Park House since their move. Can you make sure that someone from each team/service visit the site as a matter of urgency to check that rooms are set up as expected, and to unpack crates ready for returning to the removal company?
If white/notice boards etc. are needed, please complete a works request form and select Request a Task Order. Once completed, click SUBMIT. This sends an automated email to help desk staff for logging and you will receive an email quoting a unique job number. Please keep this for future reference as it will help in tracking the work if there are delays. Please include the room number and place a post-it on the wall where boards should be installed.
