Lucy Atherton reports that the Community Physical Health Team attended a successful Health and Wellbeing event on Tuesday, 15 October. The day was with the Anfield and Everton PCN. It was a good was an opportunity to showcase the team and to link in with other services and resources in the community.
Lucy, who leads the team, says: “We all had a great afternoon, and it was a really valuable way to promote the service to help improve the health of our patient group.”
