Secure and Specialist Learning Disabilities Division run a well-established Level 2 Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship. The 2020 cohort started during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic right at the start of the first lockdown. They are now at the end of their programme and have started substantive or bank posts with the division.
Lesley Cradduck, Apprenticeship Manager for Mersey Care, extends her congratulations: "Acknowledgments and thanks to all involved especially managers and staff from the across the division who supported the apprentices during their programme, the training provider Hugh Baird FE College and the tutor Sylvia Walsham for ensuring the quality of this programme was maintained during what has been a time of real challenge across the NHS.
Huge congratulations to all, especially those who have received their final results: Zac Walsh and George Harrison received Pass grades, Matthew Bradley, Laura Carragher, John Humphreys, Darren Kawonga and Jack Walmsley received Merit grades for their End Point Assessment. The remaining seven results are expected soon. Well done all."
