Service improvement works will be taking place at St Chads Community Dental Clinic, St Chads Health Centre from 1 to 5 November 2021.
The Dental Clinic at St Chads will be closed during this period with dental services being delivered from another suitable alternative location. Any patients that will have their appointments affected by the temporary closure will be contacted and made aware of the changes and offered an appointment at another site.
