We’re pleased to confirm that we are expanding our service and are now delivering Autism Post Diagnosis Support Services across Halton and Warrington.
A specialist support service for adults (18+) who have received an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) diagnosis.
The service flexible in delivery with local group face to face appointments, virtual options or one to one where needed.
This service aims to reduce isolation, improve mental health, and support autistic adults to live more independently and confidently. It also strengthens links with local services including GPs, mental health teams, and social care.
