As of 1 of July there are some changes to the Rio system that affect all users in terms of Safeguarding Record Keeping. Previous Safeguarding Initial Concerns and Update Forms will be retired and replaced with a single editable form that can be used by all services to capture concerns, add updates and ensure clinical oversight in one form within Rio.
The new Safeguarding Children and safeguarding Adult Forms will go live after 9pm on 1 July 2025. While the system updates there will be a short period of time where the forms will be inaccessible but available later in the day.
