To: All colleagues in Mental Health Care Division
We wanted to write to both acknowledge and thank you for all the efforts from you and your team this calendar year. It has certainly thrown up many challenges which teams and individuals have adapted well to. In addition, many teams have only recently been brought together under new managers and to continue our business in the way in which you have is a real credit to you all.
There is no doubt that the next few weeks and months will be difficult and we do not under estimate the impact this has on you as our staff members. Whilst we navigate the challenges together, we would like to remind everyone to be patient with each other and more importantly, be kind. Let us take time over the festive period to have some necessary rest when we can and to appreciate those staff who remain in work and on call to support our service users.
