Referrals to the Trust’s Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service will change from mid April. They will switch to our new IT platform Civica Occupational Health (OPAS-G2). We’ll shortly publish details about accessing and making referrals in this system. 30 minute training sessions will be available.
Ahead of this, the current Empactis Health Manager will close and no longer accept referrals.
What do I need to do? In preparation for the transition managers and colleagues should start to save any information or documents from Health Manager that they may require in the future; for example, management referrals and responses / outcome reports from Health and Wellbeing. This change does not affect the ‘Absence Manager’ system.
