Sefton CVS have developed a Community Insight tool to help capture the things that communities are saying are important to them and where they live, so we understand their issues and concerns.

If you are in a patient facing role in Sefton, you may be hearing things that parents/carers, children and young people and members of our communities are telling you as you carry out your role. Examples may include: lots of litter or dog poo, lack of activities, hate crime, vandalism, lack of transport or health and wellbeing, things people like about the area or things they enjoy accessing.

Please add this information to the Community Insight tool via this link.
