Whilst we are trying to resolve this issue, please encourage patients to use the main line to report any repairs by calling 0151 296 7770. We also have an out of hours service delivered by Ross Care, which is available Monday to Friday 4pm to 11pm and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, 8.30am to 11pm.
