How do I raise a concern or complaint?

Answer: In the first instance, any concerns should be raised during the shift you are working, either with the Nurse in Charge or the Area Manager. If the concern relates to safeguarding, it must be reported immediately in line with local policies and procedures.

If you wish to raise a concern directly with Temporary Staffing, you can do so by emailing tsclinical@merseycare.nhs.uk. Please be aware that concerns relating to specific areas, services, or clinical practice will be shared with the relevant management team to ensure appropriate oversight, investigation, and action where required.
