New Creating Good Wellbeing Cultures resources are now available to support line managers in having earlier, more effective conversations about staff health and wellbeing.

Building on training already delivered around What Good Looks Like for Occupational Health and Wellbeing (OHWB) referrals, these materials are designed to help managers better understand the health needs of their teams, improve the quality of OH referrals and Fitness for Work assessments, and support compassionate, proactive leadership.

The resources also help reduce sickness absence and presenteeism by encouraging appropriate early actions and clearer, more consistent referrals.
