Following on from the success and feedback of the Restorative Just and Learning Culture (RJLC) Q&A sessions last year, we have decided to run additional sessions. 

“In conversation” events with Amanda Oates, Chief People and Culture Officer (Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Non-Clinical Services) and Ian Raven, Staff Side Chair have been arranged to provide all staff with a regular forum to ask any questions they may have in relation to RJLC.

We welcome open, honest and robust questions directly or you can submit your question anonymously in advance which can be submitted on Slido on the day of the session.  

We ask that within your questioning that you maintain confidentiality of staff and uphold the principles of civility and respect.

The sessions will not be recorded, but a frequently asked questions and answers will be provided post events.
