Wednesday saw a ward (re)opening at Rowan View in Maghull. Vale Ward, which had been out of use for some time, has been refurbished and a new team is now supporting service users needing mental health care in a medium secure setting.
Very best wishes to ward manager Danielle Simpson and her team. Big thanks to all in the steering group who have supported and delivered what has been a complex reopening process. Rowan View now has eight wards, with three providing learning disability care.
