Flexible working requests in ESR
We continue to work towards creating a friendly flexible working culture where colleagues have open conversations about flexible working and are given the opportunities to balance their family life and work commitments. Following the successful pilot, from 1 July, all flexible working requests will be managed through ESR, making the process clearer and more consistent for everyone.
To support you, we’ve created short walkthrough videos showing exactly how to apply and manage requests in the system. Please remember that requests are approved or declined in line with service need.
