Changes to Estates and Facilities quotation requests
From the 1 October 2024, dependent upon the nature of your request, you will receive an email from the estates and facilities helpdesk asking for you to complete a mandatory questionnaire about your quotation request.
This is to make sure that we have the correct level of information required and your request is assigned to the correct team to be dealt with in a timely manner.
Failure to complete the questionnaire will delay the progress of the request.
