Hi Everyone
I am writing to invite all Whalley staff to attend one of our staff focus groups over the coming weeks.
As you may know we held some focus groups in June 2022 which went really well, and we know keeping discussions going is really important as this formed part of the feedback we received. Many of you told us you valued the time we spent together and that this was enhanced by holding groups face to face.
We hear that you want to know what organisational change means for you. One of the things we are now in a position to do is talk to you about some of the possible options around incentives to move to Aspen Wood. We want to hear your thoughts and we can share ideas to help us all look at what we can offer colleagues who will move when we transfer.
We will also try to answer any questions you may have on the day or send further communications once we have the answer.
Sessions will be held 11 August in the committee room, 16 August and 18 August 2022 the boardroom. All groups will start from 9.30am to 11am. If you would like to attend, please E mail Ben Stewart who reserve your place
