We're supporting Patient Experience Week

Building the Foundations of Experience: Patient Experience Week 28 April to 2 May

Join us for the Trusts’ first ever Patient Experience Week. Throughout the week, we’ll be hosting a range of lunch and learn events on Microsoft Teams, where we’ll be showcasing the great work undertaken by different areas across the Trust.

From the development and roll out of projects that you can take back to your team, right through to meeting patients' needs on a more individual level. The theme for Patient Experience Week across the world is Building the Foundations of Experience and what better way to start than from inside the Trust?

By supporting Patient Experience Week, you are showing your people, patients and community that you appreciate their hard work and encourage their continued efforts on behalf of patients.

The week is also a great way to enhance patient and colleague relations, increase morale and improve communication.

We have four online ‘lunch and learn’ events for you to choose from, aimed at all staff, and particularly leads and patient experience champions.
