Following the success of the Trust project, Improving Engagement with Multi Ethnic Carers delivered in partnership with Local Solutions Carer Centre (Liverpool), our Community Inclusion Team is excited to announce a new training opportunity: Carer Cultural Awareness (Train the Trainer).
Why attend?
This 90-minute session is designed to empower staff with the skills and confidence to deliver culturally sensitive, person-centred care. The training will help you:
- Deepen your understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on care delivery
- Build stronger communication and trust with carers from diverse backgrounds
- Recognise and respond to culturally influenced safeguarding issues
- Promote inclusive, respectful care for all
- Navigate cultural challenges with empathy and assurance.
