Mersey Care has introduced designated Place Operational Senior Leader roles to strengthen collaboration with our local partners and provide visible, consistent leadership across the neighbourhoods we serve. These leaders will be the first point of contact for each place, helping connect teams quickly, support clinician-to-clinician conversations, agree practical next steps, and escalate risks promptly. They will also capture and share learning from place and neighbourhood activity to support ongoing improvement and transformation.
